Put Paul Ryan in the White House… or near it?

I’m not sure if the Vice President lives in the White House too but I’m very excited that Mitt Romney chose Paul Ryan for his VP candidate. He probably lives near it or something. Who cares. PAUL RYAN 2012!!!!!!!

    C’mon Sooper.  You’re smarter than this.  Can Ryan sign (or void) an executive order?  Can Ryan make decide the extent of initiatives or strategy to implement in the White House?  Can Ryan stand firm against the huge corporate interests vested in keeping Washington huge?  You know he can’t.  At least not for 4 or 8 years.  And the guy who caved on Boehner bill 3.0 and signed NDAA – isn’t exactly someone who will “take it” to the GOP establishment.
    I thought for a minute you were going to make a play to REPLACE Romney in Tampa, and I’d be down with that – but adding Paul Ryan to a guy whose REAL decision makers and advisers are the same as when he was the most progressive Governor in the United States – isn’t much to cheer about.  Romney is the same guy whose team 3 days ago was DEFENDING the roots of ObamaCare.  THOSE people haven’t changed.Sure.  Ryan’s a great guy and better than most all of the names floated earlier, but Ryan is window dressing until 2016 or 2020 and has absolutely nothing to do with governing or changing the dialog of the Obama team.
