If this Adam Smith (ironically) person is so proud of himself, why did he scrub his LinkedIn profile and delete this video after receiving some criticism? What a pathetic loser.

Employee Has Left the Company

Vante regrets the unfortunate events that transpired yesterday in Tucson between our former CFO/Treasurer Adam Smith and an employee at Chick-fil-A. Effective immediately, Mr. Smith is no longer an employee of our company.

The actions of Mr. Smith do not reflect our corporate values in any manner. Vante is an equal opportunity company with a diverse workforce, which holds diverse opinions. We respect the right of our employees and all Americans to hold and express their personal opinions, however, we also expect our company officers to behave in a manner commensurate with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of civility with others.

We hope that the general population does not hold Mr. Smith’s actions against Vante and its employees.

Given what they produce, it’s ironic [maybe?] that they would fire such a… etc.

The University of Arizona has released a statement clarifying their relationship with Adam Smith, the pendejo in question:

This can be inferred to mean that they won’t be having him speak there anymore, since his “values” don’t really jive with theirs.

    Here is a coherent argument from the left: If companies were openly racist, would you open your community to them or support them? Same thing when you disrespect and devalue an entire group of people. People who are LGBT are people and deserve the same rights as everyone else.     I think it is a shame that the guy ends up being fired, even though he’s a total douchebag.  UNLESS he represents his company in some public fashion.  Then I can see it. 

    I sure dont want to be fired from my job if I end up getting into it with a Chick-Fil-A hater, and I’m very unlikely to hold my tongue if someone starts spouting off how support of traditional marriage means hating homosexuals and Chick-Fil-A should be banned or some crap.  I’d have to respond to that.
